Terms of Service

These terms cover the website and the Growth Brief. Ongoing work is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Service provider

Mythika is a marketing services business operated by Ramy Sentawos, an independent consultant based in Egypt. Ramy directs the specialist AI tools and personally reviews client-facing work. You can meet the operator on the main site.

The Growth Brief

$75, paid once, before work begins. You receive a research report on your business and market containing five sections: a local market snapshot; three named competitors, with their public websites inspected and cited; buyer triggers; an honest SWOT; and one defensible positioning opportunity. It is delivered within 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of your inputs.

Your inputs are your website URL and your city. If we need anything else, we ask.

When we say no

We confirm within one business day whether we can do something useful with your business. If we cannot, we say so and do not take the $75. This is not a formality — it is cheaper for both of us than delivering something thin.

If the work is not right

• Two rounds of revisions are included, requested within 7 days of delivery.
• If we materially failed to deliver what is described above — sections missing, research not actually done — you get a full refund. Ask, and it is refunded.
• We do not refund because the findings were unwelcome. Research that tells you something you did not want to hear is research working correctly.

What we do not promise

What we do commit to: the research is genuinely carried out, every factual claim carries its source and a confidence rating, and where the evidence could not support a claim, the deliverable says so rather than filling the gap with something plausible.

How the work is made

We use AI tools with human review, quality control, and final human approval on everything delivered. That is stated openly because you are entitled to know how your work is produced.

Nothing reaches you, or the public, without a person reviewing and approving it first.

Who owns the work

On full payment, all rights we can transfer in the delivered work transfer to you. The work is created for you and is not resold to anyone else.

One honest note rather than a comfortable one: some jurisdictions do not recognise copyright in purely AI-generated material. We therefore transfer every right we can hold, and confirm that human creative direction and editing were applied throughout — which is what gives the work its standing. We state this plainly instead of promising a clean "full copyright" that the law may not support.

We may reference working with you in a portfolio — your business name and the type of deliverable only, never confidential content. Tell us not to, and we will not.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled manually during the pilot; no automatic 90-day lifecycle is promised until it is implemented and verified. See Data Deletion.

Liability

Work is provided in good faith and to a professional standard. Analytical deliverables are informed recommendations, not guarantees. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid.

Ending it

Either of us can end an engagement in writing before delivery. You pay for work completed pro rata, and we hand over the work in progress. No notice period, no exit fee.

This website

Content here is for information. We keep it accurate and correct mistakes when we find them. The site sets no Mythika advertising cookies. Cloudflare processes security logs and aggregate, cookieless Web Analytics as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and existing clients are told directly. Governed by the laws of Egypt. Where a signed client agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
